The Garden Learning Circle is a regular in person space for anyone interested in deschooling, self-directed learning and young people’s rights in education.

Artemis, Bess and Tim - mentors at The Garden - will be holding the space. Each session will be different, some might be more structured than others, but there will be time during each one for an open group discussion about a related topic and share our own experiences of deschooling.

The sessions are free to attend but spaces are strictly limited, so please let us know as soon as possible if you have a ticket but cannot attend. If you would like to make a donation (suggested £5-10) to The Garden we would be very grateful but there's no obligation.

The Learning Circles take place in our space, either in an outdoor covered area or our yurt. Please dress for the weather and comfortable shoes are recommended. Young people are welcome to either join the session or play in the woods but under fives should be supervised at all times.

Unfortunately the space is not accessible to all as it is up a steep slope but please let us know if we can make this more accessible for you or if you have any questions.
